Black Tea
Technically, tea (black, white, green, oolong) comes from the Camellia Sinensis evergreen plant. How the plant is processed determines the type of tea. Black tea goes through the most processing, which includes withering, oxidation and firing. Black tea is fully fermented tea. Fermentation is the oxidation process that produces the dark red hue and sweet smell of Black tea leaves.
